Requisition ID: 43876- Job Location(s): Santiago De Queretaro, MX- Employment Type: Full Time- Segment: Group Functions CFO- Job Function: Finance & Accounting- Work Location Type: On-siteThis role is an excellent opportunity for early-career finance professionals seeking international exposure and a structured career path within a global SSC environment.**Responsibilities**:**Responsibilities**:- Fixed Assets Accounting and Administration - Maintain and update the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, transfers, follow-up of AUC and perform monthly depreciation.- Intercompany Accounts Reconciliation - Perform monthly intercompany account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances. Ensure intercompany transactions are accurately recorded and documented in accordance with group policies.- Month-End Close Support - During Month-end closing GL Accountant will perform the activities and processes of reviewing and closing the financial records for a specific month. Ensuring the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of financial data and providing insights into the company's financial performance for management and stakeholders.- Compliance & Controls - Ensure transactions comply with internal controls and accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP). Participate in internal and external audit preparation by providing documentation and responding to audit queries.- Support standardization and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.- Identify and suggest improvements to accounting procedures and reporting processes within the SSC framework.- Balance Sheet Reconciliations - Prepare and complete timely monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or aged items in balance sheet accounts, ensuring proper documentation and supporting evidence. Proactively identify risks, unusual trends, or inconsistencies in account balances and escalate issues as needed. Maintain accurate records of reconciliation processes for audit readiness and compliance purposes.
