Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone**Responsibilities**:- Actively participating in assigned accounting and month end closing processes- Responsible for US GAAP accounting, reporting and analyses of data and other ad hoc requests for information.- Performing general ledger account analysis and Balance Sheet account reconciliations- Prepare SOX controls- Reconcile payroll accounts on a monthly basis- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between payroll records and general ledger balances- Create and maintain process documentation- Support internal and external audits- Maintain a good relationship with other finance departments**Preferred Experience / Skills**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with stakeholders- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Basic knowledge and experience using ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) is an advantage- Keen on building positive relationships- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills- Attention to detail- Flexibility and ability to cope with process changes.- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience**Req ID** : R-15853**Job Family Group** : Finance & Accounting**Job Family** : FA AccountingEOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
