Stant is hiring for a Senior TPM Maintenance Engineer located in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico Plant at the Maintenance area.**Company Overview**:Stant, founded in 1898, is a global leader in design, engineering and manufacturing of fuel management, vapor management, thermal management, and BEV products. In North America, Stant is headquartered in Connersville, IN with a satellite office in Rochester Hills, MI.**Senior TPM Maintenance Engineer Key Functions**:- Development of autonomous maintenance procedures and leader of TPM implementation in the plant- Train manufacturing personnel to transfer maintenance activities to operating personnel- Preparation of equipment preventive and predictive maintenance programming to avoid corrective maintenance- Supervise and coordinate the proper operation of the plant equipment to extend the life of the equipment.- Responsible for the fulfillment of the objectives and goals defined by management.- Carry out the requisition for the purchase of materials and spare parts for the execution, in a timely manner, of maintenance and repair work.- Perform root cause analysis of lost time events per team that impact employees, assets, and the environment.- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams in the root cause analysis of process and quality problems.- Supervise the work of internal maintenance personnel and contractors in maintenance work- Execute tasks and implementations of continuous improvement in the teams to increase the ability of the process- Present improvements implemented in equipment and Kaizen and TPM processes to Senior Management frequently.- Leader of facilities maintenance management and compliance**Qualifications**:- Bachelors degree in mechanical, mechatronic, electromechanical- Minimum 5-10 years of experience (automotive desirable)- Corrective, Preventive and predictive maintenance and RCM.- Electricity, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electronics, Automation, Risk Management, TPM, SMED, MTTR, MTBF, SMED, KAIZEN, 8D, 5s, FMEA, Control Plan, Minitab, APQP, PPAP, SPC, IATF 16949, Autocad, NXBasic-Intermediate English- PLC- Excel- Excellent verbal communication skills, strong English
