If this is you, we'd love to talk.**What You Will Do**- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, etc.) to develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, industry-specific regulations).- Lead and participate in quality audits to identify potential problems and non-conformances in product design, development, and manufacturing processes.- Analyze and investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and test plans.- Conduct and document product inspections and testing to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.- Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality control.- T rain and mentor junior quality engineers.- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality issues and initiatives.**Who You Are**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering role.- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS.- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).- Experience with conducting quality audits and inspections.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Experience with quality control software (a plus).- English and Spanish**What We Can Offer You**Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
