We’re in search of an experienced Tax Specialist to join our team in our Juriquilla, Queretaro location.**Responsibilities**:- Organize and update the company's tax database- Prepare tax payments and estimate and track tax returns- Complete quarterly and annual tax reports- Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns- Share financial data with the accounting department to ensure compliance with tax requirements- Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits within tax regulations- Follow industry trends and track changes- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance- Forecast tax predictions to senior managers to inform business**Requirements**:- Bachelor's’ Degree in finance or accounting or related discipline is required- 4-5 years of related experience in accounting is required- Previous administrative logistics and service experience is an asset- Knowledge of equipment financing (in particular transportation equipment), would be considered an asset- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.- Good time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strategical thinking- **Fluent English is a must****Benefits**- Competitive Salary- Healthcare Benefit Package- Career Growth- Saving funds- Food coupons- Performance bonus- Christmas Bonus- We invest time and support in you to provide the room to learn, grow and work your way up.
