**We are looking for a talented Marketing Superstar to join our team** and help improve our marketing efforts and strategies.A-Max is an established Home Improvement (HVAC) company with headquarters in Miami FL and thousands of happy customers across the county. We also have two other businesses where we sell our Real Estate Mentorship Programs and Real Estate Investing.**Responsibilities**:- Strategically post and optimize our sales funnels- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, content, and messaging- Continuously improve and keep track of our KPIs.- Create or update workflows as needed.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, demonstrating successful marketing campaign execution and business impact- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools- Bonus points for experience with GoHighLevel CRM.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively- Experience with marketing online courses is a plus- Knowledge of Real Estate is a plus but not requiredIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing or Real Estate, we invite you to join our team.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 40 per weekApplication Question(s):- What marketing tools/software are you proficient in?- Can you provide examples of successful marketing campaigns or initiatives you have led in the past that resulted in increased brand awareness, lead generation or conversion?- If you have a portfolio, a loom video or any examples of your previous work, please send us a link.- If we decide to work with you, when would you be ready to start?
