**We are looking for an Accounting Associate. You Will be responsible for the accounting functions of the office. Duties will include compiling and reviewing financial information, preparing financial paperwork, payroll processing, managing cash flow, billing and payroll, and maintaining records. You will also be required to perform general administrative tasks.****To be successful as an Accounting Associate, you should be familiar with up-to-date accounting software and have knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. A top Accounting Associate should be well-organized, have an aptitude for numbers, be proactive and be able to maintain good relationships with our clients.****Accounting Associate Responsibilities**:** Compiling and reviewing financial information.**** Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports**** Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.**** Manage Cashflow, forecasting and budgeting proactively.**** Update and manage accounts receivables & accounts payables,**** Billing and payroll processing.**** Maximizing profitability.**** Maintaining records and filing systems.**** Performing other duties as required.****Accounting Associate Requirements**:** Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.**** Advanced English**** 3-4 Years of accounting experience**** Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.**** Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software (KEAP and QUICKBOOKS).**** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**** Ability to work under pressure.**** Exceptional organizational skills.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
