**We help the world run better****EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**CoE Analytics Support consultants are engineers who can perform highly specialized remote and onsite services for LA overseas customers. Goal is to enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential with optimal TCO and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operation.- Provide first class remote and on-site support to our customers like;- Solving technical problems;- Optimization of solution operation;- Improvement of system availability and stability;- Onsite support in critical customer situations (going live, upgrade, etc.)- Customer project evaluation and risk mitigation of implementation projects;- Backoffice support for onsite service delivery;- Travel time from 10-20% of the year;- Increasing overall customer satisfaction;- Act on Escalated customers to bring their businesses to normal operations;- Reduce customer's TCO by Enterprise Support, ActiveEmbedded and MaxAttention Services.**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**- Advanced English;- Bachelor in Computer Science or comparable fields is required;- Experienced in Data Modeling and Database (SQL knowledge, data warehousing)- Data Visualization (Front-End tools, reporting and dashboards creation experience)- Knowledge of reporting techniques on top of data warehousing on SAP Analytics Cloud or Business Objects or Analysis for Office would be a plus;- Knowledge of at least one of the following SAP products (BW, DWC, HANA. SAC) modelling;- Troubleshooting experience of technical issues to diagnose issues and differentiate between product and non-product issues;- Experience with support, root cause analysis and problem solving;- Willingness to expand technical skills to Data Modeling, Advanced Analytics and Data Warehouse topics;- Work under pressure, critical situations, and extremely tight deadlines;- Very high customer orientation;- Learning pro-activeness and initiative are desired characteristics;**NICE TO HAVE**- Experienced in ETL- Experience with Database Management System Administration, query language, performance, etc.- Experience in Artificial Intelligence topics is a plus**LANGUAGES**- English- Portuguese is a plusPosition is based in Mexico City.**We build breakthroughs together****We win with inclusion**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
