Recognized as a top area employer, you can build your dream career at Therma-Tru in our engaged, performance-driven culture**Essential Functions**- Responsible of Fixed Asset Control- Responsible of Capitalization projects- Responsible for Capital projects files control- Assist in Budget/Forecast Process- Accrual fees/Expenses at month end- Analyze Variances at month end closing Actual/Budget/Forecast/Previous Year- Assist in managing and oversee the daily operations of the Machinery and equipment for Fixed Assets for Mexico and US entity including month and end-year process, transfer, capital assets reconciliations, fixed asset activity, projects activity- Monitorand analyze Import/Export Machinery and equipment data and produce reports or statements- Establish and enforce proper Fixed asset accounting methods, policies, and principles- Assist and complete annual audits for Fixed Asset- Improve systems and procedures Fixed Asset and projects of capital- Meet financial accounting objectives related FA- Establish and maintain Fixed Asset files and records to document transactions- Assist in Internal control activities- Fixed Assets inventory activities preparation.- Perform random audits to Machinery and equipment**Additional Information**- Intermediate computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations- High attention to detail and accuracy- BS degree in Accounting or Finance- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred).
