Responsibilities Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Materials Management, or other functions to fully understand the business process requirements and concerns of day‑to‑day operations. Work with Oracle Support teams to identify the system's capabilities and limitations within the Procure‑To‑Pay, Build to Order, and other areas; drive/test enhancements and process improvements. Liaise between users and system developers to ensure business requirements are fully understood so that standard system activity and processes can be set up to achieve goals. Interact with senior business leaders across various departments and present viewpoints as needed. Develop key analytics, including datasets and dashboards to assist business users and leaders in effective decision making. Drive global standards, utilize dashboards and data to derive business insights. Work towards metric standardization for the Procurement and Supply Chain organizations; recommend and assist with the implementation of key policies and standard work. Assist with Supplier Master Data Management and lead others in support of accurate data management. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Information Systems, or an IT‑related field. Minimum 5 years of related work experience. Strong working knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain. Prior ERP system experience. Past analytical development experience. Basic understanding of PL/SQL and modern databases. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Spanish. Preferred Requirements Experience working with global and/or offshore resource teams. Very good understanding of the Oracle EBS system. Prior management experience leading a team. Intermediate to advanced understanding of PL/SQL. Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud is a plus. Extensive experience with modern analytical tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, etc. Specialized Master’s Degree or MBA. Hybrid Work Arrangements This role is hybrid eligible with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week.
