Order Management Intern

Steelcase Monterrey is looking for an **Order Management Intern** to join the Direct Sell Order Fulfillment Department.As an intern, you will be doing:- Organizes, analyzes, researches and proofreads internal purchase orders.- Identifies order conditions for critical information required by manufacturing to meet deadlines.- Supports sales and product development efforts by accurately entering purchase orders.- Ensures orders are acknowledged within Sales Service throughput measures by accurately identifying the necessary steps needed to complete orders and routing them to the appropriate work area.- Researches order discrepancies pertaining to schedule request, pricing, shipping information and service part order information.- Communicates with dealers and customer service representatives regarding simple to complex change requests and discrepancies.- Communicates with various levels of internal and external customers.- Perform direct pricing and invoicing functions.- Releasing commissions to Steelcase dealers.**Who you are**:**Required Skills and Competencies**- Advanced written and oral English (100%)- Currently studying a bachelor's degree on International Business, Commerce or related.- Full time availability (7am- 4pm)- To graduate at least on December 2026 or later.**Preferred Skills and Competencies**- Ability to multi-task and work with multiple clients simultaneously.- Strong organizational skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Customer Service oriented.- Detail Oriented**Why people choose to work with us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
