Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**This role provides IT oversight, relationshipmanagement, and IT product management capability for technology solutions and services delivered to Corporate Treasury and Finance business partners. It is a key point of contact for business partners in developing the technology strategy and roadmap, partnering with business on evaluation of new technology solutions and capabilities, gathering requirements and features for new solutions/capabilities, partnering with DevSecOps and other IT functions (e.g.,EA, I&O) to plan and prioritize projects/support, and serves as a point of escalation to help address critical service issues as needed.The IT Lead for Corporate Finance (Control, Tax,Treasury, Shared Services) will be responsible for partnering with the business to develop the strategy and implement key solutions to support the business as well as ensuring stability of the systems and platforms needed to support ongoing business operations. This business facing role will interact with all facets of IT, such as Enterprise Architecture, DevSecOps, Information Security, etc. Additional partnerships with IT finance, procurement, legal and 3rd Party vendor teams will be a must to ensure existing solutions are enhancedand maintained to ensure stable business support.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s Degree or higher emphasizing Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or Finance- Experience working in a finance function or an IT organization supporting finance- Trained/certified in Agile methodology (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe POPM)- Technical savvy and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across the globe to deliver successful technology projects- Experience working with IT managed services and/or business processing outsourcing environments- Proven track record of effectively navigating diverse stakeholder groups with different points of view to achieve alignment- Strong understanding of PepsiCo's digital platforms**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
