At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.**Responsibilities**:The OpportunityResponsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of IT Projects to customers ensuring they are completed.Your ImpactAs The Sector IT Sr Analyst your scope will consist of:- Leading and coordinate delivery and project teams to ensure deadlines budget and quality objectives are met- Define delivery and project's objectives and requirements in collaboration with the client and management team- Develop and maintain a detailed project and delivery plan including milestones deliverables required resources and associated risks- Manage and oversee the day-to-day work of the delivery and project team including assigning tasks resolving issues and communicating with team members- Ensure quality standards and best practices are always adhered- Identify and manage delivery and project risks including identifying critical issues and implementing contingency plans- Communicate effectively with customers management team and all other project and delivery stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of process and possible issues- Ensure that delivery and project are completed with budget and on scheduleQualifications:Who Are We Looking For?**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field- Fluent in English- Knowledge of IT project delivery and management methods and frameworks such as DevOps, ITIL, PMBOK, SAFe.**Experience**:- 5+ years of project management- 5+ years as a Project/Delivery lead- 3+ years of people management- 2+ years working as a Scrum MasterAdd examples hereWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
