Este puesto es clave para nuestras operaciones internacionales, apoyando conversaciones técnicas, comerciales y estratégicas dentro de un entorno de manufactura en crecimiento. El/la candidato/a ideal actuará como profesional lingüístico y como puente cultural dentro de una organización internacional. Responsabilidades Principales Realizar interpretación consecutiva y/o simultánea entre chino mandarín y español en reuniones, negociaciones, capacitaciones y visitas Brindar apoyo en temas técnicos, de manufactura e ingeniería Asistir a la dirección y equipos técnicos chinos en la comunicación con partes interesadas de habla hispana Garantizar precisión, confidencialidad y profesionalismo en todas las actividades de interpretación Facilitar la comunicación intercultural y prevenir malentendidos Acompañar a la gerencia en visitas, auditorías y eventos de negocio, según sea necesario Requisitos y Calificaciones Dominio nativo o casi nativo del español y excelente manejo del chino mandarín El dominio del inglés es una ventaja importante Licenciatura en Traducción, Interpretación, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería o área relacionada Mínimo 2–3 años de experiencia profesional en interpretación, preferentemente en entornos técnicos o de manufactura Capacidad para comprender e interpretar conceptos técnicos complejos Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación intercultural Alto nivel de profesionalismo, confidencialidad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacional Qué Ofrecemos Oportunidad de formar parte de una empresa nueva y en expansión dentro de un grupo internacional Trabajo en un entorno dinámico, multicultural e internacional Participación en proyectos internacionales y colaboración con equipos globales Oportunidades de viajes nacionales e internacionales Salario mensual de 25,000–35,000 MXN Desarrollo profesional a largo plazo en una organización estable y en crecimiento Role Description We are looking for a professional and reliable Spanish–Chinese Interpreter to support clear and effective communication between our Chinese management and technical teams and Spanish-speaking clients, partners, and delegations. This position plays an important role in our international operations, supporting technical, commercial, and strategic discussions in a growing manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will act as both a language professional and a cultural bridge within an international organization. Key Responsibilities Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation between Mandarin Chinese and Spanish during meetings, negotiations, trainings, and site visits Support communication related to technical, manufacturing, and engineering topics Assist Chinese management and technical teams in interactions with Spanish-speaking stakeholders Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interpretation activities Facilitate cross-cultural communication and help prevent misunderstandings Support management during visits, audits, and business events, as required Qualifications & Requirements Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and excellent command of Mandarin Chinese Proficiency in English is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Interpretation, International Business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2–3 years of professional interpretation experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment Ability to understand and accurately interpret complex technical concepts Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to work under pressure Availability for domestic and international travel, as required What We Offer Opportunity to join a newly established and growing company as part of an international group Work in a dynamic, multicultural, and international environment Exposure to international projects and cooperation with global teams Opportunities for domestic and international travel Monthly salary of 25,000–35,000 MXN Long-term professional development in a stable and expanding organization
