Somos una StartUp 100% Mexicana que desarrolla y ofrece soluciones tecnológicas en biometría facial.Estamos en búsqueda de nuestro próximo **Rockstar** para integrarse a nuestro team como **Site Reliability Engineer**, si tienes de _**2 a 3 años de experiência en soporte técnico e infraestructura **_, esta es tu oportunidad.**Nuestro súper paquete de beneficios incluye**:- $32,000 MXN libres mensuales- SGM: Seguro médico a partir del 3er mes- 20 días de vacaciones anuales- Bono Vacacional del 25% sobre los días de ley- Bono de fin de año de 15 días- Día libre en tu cumpleaños- Actividades de integración- Plataformas de capacitación- _Esquema híbrido al sur de la CDMX (Indispensable vivir en la CDMX)_- Horario: Lunes a Viernes 9:00 a 18:00 hrs, se cubren guardias nocturnas y fines de semana.**¿Qué necesitas?**- 3 años de experiência manejando sistema Linux- 3 años de experiência manejando **GCP, AWS o Azure**:- Manejo de herramientas de automatizacion como Ansible, Terraform, Github Actions, etc- Experiência trabajando con contenedores **Docker y Kubernetes (indispensable)**:- Experiência con Servidores físicos asegurando un funcionamiento óptimo de la infraestructura de TI y contribuyendo a la fiabilidad y disponibilidad de los sistemas y servicios.- Monitorización, mantenimiento y resolución de problemas en Infraestructura en la nube y On Site.- Conocimientos básicos de redes (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)**¿Qué harás?**- Contribuir en la resolución de problemas y el soporte técnico para resolver incidentes relacionados con la infraestructura de TI.- Colaborar en la gestión de la infraestructura y la implementación de servicios en la nube.- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua para optimizar la eficiencia y la escalabilidad de la infraestructura de sistemas.- Definir e implementar las mejores prácticas de código para informar y solucionar problemas en producción y entornos previos fácilmente, tanto en la nube privada de JAAK como en la de los clientes- Adaptar código para aumentar la observabilidad en las herramientas de monitorización actuales y aumentar la resistencia, especialmente al llamar a dependencias externas.- Capacity planning para evitar cuellos de botella al añadir funcionalidades.- Crear, implementar y mantener las políticas de seguridad de la información.- Realizar análisis de calidad, seguridad, y usabilidad de las herramientas desarrolladas.- Apoyar en la correcta implementación de la infraestructura con tecnologías basadas en contenedores(docker y kubernetes)- Apoyar en la correcta configuración, verificación e implementación del software y hardware utilizado.**Acepta el reto, postúlate ahora :)**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $32,000.00 al mesHorario:- De guardia- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos- Trabajo desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoPregunta(s) de postulación:- Necesitamos cubrir esta vacante urgentemente. ¿Podrías incorporarte de inmediato?- Menciona tu expectativa salarial neta (libre de impuestos)Ejemplo: $30,000 mesExperiência:- Docker: 2 años (Obligatorio)- Kubernetes: 2 años (Obligatorio)- AWS: 2 años (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 01030, Ciudad de México, CDMX
