Reporting directly to the Order Fulfillment Manager, you as a Demand Planning & Order Fulfillment Analyst will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining reliable mid-term demand plans by part number, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficient plant operations. This role plays a key part in supporting operational stability by translating commercial inputs, EDI data, and market trends into actionable demand forecasts. Through strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication, you will identify demand variations, forecast risks, and improvement opportunities to support production planning, material availability, and order fulfillment performance. About the Job: Develop and maintain mid-term demand forecasts by part number, ensuring alignment with commercial and operational strategies. Analyze EDI volume changes, identifying relevant variations, risks, and opportunities, and communicating insights to Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams. Monitor Forecast Accuracy, analyze deviations, and propose continuous improvement actions. Support allocation management when required, ensuring efficient and prioritized supply distribution. Provide analytical support to Customer Service during the escalation of critical fulfillment and service issues. Support Materials and Production Planning teams when forecast demand is not accurately reflected in the system. Monitor consumption trends, historical behavior, and market signals to improve forecast quality and minimize obsolescence risks. Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosí (Hybrid) About You: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, or Planning roles (preferred). Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to analyze and communicate demand risks, volume changes, and trends impacting plant operations, customer service, and revenue. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with planning tools such as ERP, MRP, JD Edwards, SAP, or similar systems. Clear and effective communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Experience using statistical models and forecasting techniques. Familiarity with demand planning software (desired). Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to present insights clearly (desired).
