Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Focus on organizational capability, talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Act as a sparring partner to management to support ongoing organizational development and growth of the unit.
- Establish and execute the full cycle of business partnering; develop, train, and support leadership excellence for our leaders; implement key leadership processes around performance and talent; foster good collaboration across the unit; participate in cross-organizational projects and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
- Relevant university degree with a focus on Human Resources (or equivalent) and preferable HR business partnering experience within global, highly matrixed companies.
- Proficient in English, capable of communicating with people across the organization.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Hands-on, with a strong sense of urgency and sensitive business acumen.
- Good understanding of organizational changes and experience in leading transformations and organizational development.
- Outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups, and across cultures.
