The integration of water purification and on-demand dialysate production enables Tablo to serve as a dialysis clinic on wheels, with 2-way wireless data transmission and a proprietary data analytics platform powering a new holistic approach to dialysis care.**Position Overview**:The Senior Project Manager/Program Manager will utilize a wide variety of people and project management skills, and work with cross functional project teams that are focused on the delivery of cost reduction initiatives and manufacturing transfer projects. The Senior PM develops, defines, and executes project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables and identifies needed resources for projects and programs. The Senior PM provides regular communication/updates regarding the status of the project(s)/portfolio to the senior leadership team.**Essential Job Functions**:- Develops, monitors, and controls project/program schedules, scope, and budget/resources.- Leads cross-functional team and drives program/s to meet business objectives- Manages project associated risks including prioritization, escalation, and resolution of the identified risks.- Establishes strong, cross-functional, and cross-business relationships that encourage horizontal thinking and collaboration.- Being a clear communicator, effective facilitator, and leader.- Develops and provide project updates as required.- Focused, target driven with a positive, can-do attitude- Excels in a fast-paced environment- Utilize tools developed by the PMO**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree.- A minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects- Effective communications skills in English (Written & Spoken).- Timeline management tools- Demonstrated ability to drive projects and programs to meet business objectives**Desired Qualifications**:- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.- Timeline management using Smartsheet- Project budget creation and reporting- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading medical device projects.- Proven track record of taking multiple products from concept to market with demonstrated success- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management and to manage complex technical programs- Strong leadership skills including the ability to engage and motivate teams representing multiple viewpoints to achieve business objectives.- Strong change management skill: ability to formulate change management strategies and lead others to rapidly adapt to changing conditions or unexpected obstacles.- Ability to respectfully represent a strong position without damaging long-term relationships.- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication including the presentation of complex projects to various customer and stakeholder groups at all levels.- Proven ability to influence across multiple business functions and organization levels.- Ability to look ahead and anticipate future opportunities and challenges.- Ability to balance complex priorities and competing stakeholder needs with composure.- Strong customer focus and commercial intuition.- Ability to quickly understand and navigate the organizational structure.- MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.- Excellent communication and organization skills required- Ability to make timely decisions in the absence of complete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.- Master's Degree- Working experience in mid to high volume class II disposable medical devices.- Basic understanding of statistical methods.- Experience with Agile or similar document control system.
