We are over 250,000 game changers, mountain movers and history makers, located around the world, and united by a shared set of values and goals.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**The Senior Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in software development activities and long-term initiative planning and collaboration across the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization. Software Engineering is the corner stone of scalable digital transformation across PepsiCo’s value chain. They will deliver the end-to-end software development experience, deliver high quality software as part of the DevOps process, and have accountability for our business operations. They will work closely with the user experience, product, IT, and process engineering teams to develop new products and prioritize deliver solutions across S&T core priorities.**Your Impact**As** Senior Software Engineer**your scope would consist of:- Drive partnerships with User Experience, Product Management, IT, Data & Analytics, Emerging Tech, Innovation, and Process Engineering teams to deliver the Digital Products portfolio- Develop software development and testing strategy utilizing industry standards. Create roadmap and timing of implementation of the roadmap based on business requirements and strategy.- Interact with executives across the company to lead the narrative around software engineering- Develop and expand DPS capabilities through a customer obsessed, services-driven digital solutions platform that leverages data and AI to deliver automated and personalized experiences- Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the engineering initiatives to the stakeholders- Interact with key business partners to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs of the businessQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.**Experience**- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native with strong knowledge of mobile UI frameworks.- Hands-on experience integrating Swift/Objective-C with React Native and working with native iOS components.- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL and third-party SDKs.- Strong grasp of iOS app lifecycle, memory management, and performance optimization.- Proficiency in mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Firebase).- Experience in automated testing (Jest, Detox, XCTest) and mobile app analytics tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex projects from conception to deployment.- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.**Qualities**- Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities- Ability to be able to interface with the business and recognize their needs and priorities- Ability to work cross functionally with product, service design and operations across the organization- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to Engineering services, education, and support- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to navigate through a complex and matrixed internal environment- Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units- Ability to navigate a complex organization and to influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level**What can you expect from us**:- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes- Organized personality- Team player- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy- Advocates for and embraces the use of new tools and techniques- Problem Solving- Seeks opportunities to strengthen digital culture through collaborating and sharing knowledge- Track record of improving processes, leading projects and influencing decision-makers- Has an informed opinion on digital trends, including fluency with specific digital technologies**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
