Requisition ID: 30232- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for a Project Specialist to join our diverse team**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Project planning for different types of projects like New Product Development project, Cost reduction projects and critical change management projects- Managing a cross functional team from all functions like purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, finance,- Preparing business case based on the inputs available from the functional organizations.- Proficient in building the costing calculations for the projects with active inputs from the Supply chain organization- Complete project execution from conception to launch and managing its launch until the Milestone M6 is passed.- Perform a Technical product management role for US, MX and other related regions- Provide technical support and technical training to the Field team, sales organization and the customers- Manage the catalogue and all the technical data for the product in Cool selector with active inputs from the engineering and the MARCOM organization**Background & Skills**:- Graduated engineer in thermal, refrigeration or mechanical engineering. Additional certification or Degree in business administration will be an added advantage.- Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar position with clear knowledge on refrigeration systems.- Knowledge and understanding of regulations on refrigerants and systems.- Handled large NPD Projects.- Used to work in International set up- Experience in customer relationships- Fluent in English and Spanish both verbal and written.- PMP or related certification will be an added advantage.**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
