IT RecruiterWe’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter that can join us to help amplify the efforts of our Talent Acquisition Team. If you want to develop and implement strategies that can help us connect the right talent with the right career opportunity, then this position might be for youWe’re a growing IT company that specializes in cloud services, Virtual Machines, and cybersecurity, to name a few. Our need for specialized IT talent is very specific, so we are in search of someone who is also passionate about technology.Main Activities- Work alongside the technical team, or company manager, to have a clear understanding of the hiring needs.- Create job descriptions that best represent what we are looking for.- Review resumes, pre-qualify them and move them through the interview process.- Set-up interviews and manage them in a calendar to inform everyone involved.- Create and deliver job offers.- Develop full cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role.- Identify closing strategies for offers.- Develop and deliver reports for each job opening.What We’re looking for- 4+ years of experience working in recruitment.- Al least 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in human resources, business, or related field- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English- Experience working at a technology company, a startup, or staffing agency.What We Offer- Base salary starts at $22,000, and we’re open to improving it according to skills and experience.- Vacation days are superior to those provided by law.- All benefits provided by law.- We want our team to continuously keep learning, so we constantly encourage and provide the means for our people to take courses, training or anything that helps them achieve a higher professional level in their field of work.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Bebidas gratis- Días por enfermedad- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Horarios flexibles- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo
