And we're on the hunt for crazy talented humans.We have a great opportunity for a Mid-weight Integrated Designer to work within a new team, to assist our team in delivering best-in-class, digital creative campaigns for a variety of our high-profile brands hyper-focused on **_beauty and cosmetics products._**You will be involved in concepting, strategising and developing engaging visual communications for a mix of digital campaigns, websites, social media, digital activations. You together with your creative team will work on a multitude of diverse projects from concept through to delivery ensuring tasks are completed on time and on brand.You'll ideally be from a Digital or Production Agency background with around 5 years' experience upward. The expectation is to maintain a fast paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands within our organisation whilst learning from others and developing your craft along the way.Our team will work across the following, but not limited to:- Digital Marketing- Social Content- Commercialising Media- Product and Campaign assets- Re-purpose and adapt existing brand toolkits to creative engaging fresh content.**What you'll be doing in the role**:- Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.- Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, digital, ecommerce, social content, and advertising.- Define the look and feel for a variety of digital design projects.- Implement existing brand guidelines on projects.- Develop printed collateral from start to repro ready.- The ability to work under direction and using your own initiative.- Presenting your work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings.- Keeping up to date with current design trends.- Understand what makes GREAT content e.g., best practices for making e-commerce, social assets, mobile first, OOH, POS, and other printed collateral.**What you'll need for the role**:- Experience with Cosmetics and other Beauty Products or Brands is preferential- Solid understanding of graphic design and motion graphics- Brand identity and campaign identities as real working experience.- **_A current and updated portfolio demonstrating your ideas through to execution. _**:- A passion for digital trends- You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.- A team player and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.- An eye for consistency and ability to integrate brand specific visual design elements across all communication channels.- Develop your professional skills daily.**A little bit about us**We are OLIVER+ (previously known as MORE), part of OLIVER and the Inside Ideas Group.We're a global collective of creatives, technologists and production experts who create and maintain world-class content in film, CGI, motion design, digital, print and tech.
