Recibir requerimientos o consultas por canales diversos, como el sistema de manejo de casos, tickets, llamadas telefonicas o chat, siendo el primer contacto para requerimientos de Recursos Humanos.**:**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Interpretar politicas y asesorar a los asociados. Guiar a los asociados en como accionar en casos especiales. Escalar asuntos no rutinarios o requerimientos especializados adecuadamente con los gerentes de los asociados, administración de RH, gerencia de RH, asesores estrategicos, nominas, legal, beneficios o centros de excelencia.- Configurar, mantener y actualizar datos como los níveles salariales, rangos salariales en el sistema de RH (ACONNECT). Trabajar con los HRBPS y actuar como un socio consultor durante las actualizaciones de los tabuladores y/o las negocaciones de contrato, asegurando la correcta actualización en ACONNECT. Actuar como enlace entre AEC y Alight para resolver dudas/consultas respecto al pago.- Mantener un buen desempeño con base a los KPIs establecidos (tiempo de resolución, tiempo de atención, tiempo de espera, velocidad de respuesta, escalaciones, llamadas, etc.) con objetivos como la resolución en la primera llamada y la satisfaccción de los asociados.- Liderar proyectos asignados, crear el plan de desarrollo del proyecto y entregables, liderar juntas, proporcionar actualizaciones acerca del proyecto y cumplir con los plazos establecidos para el proyecto.- Trasladarse/Viajar de forma independiente a nuestra distintas plantas para realizar capacitaciones sobre mejores practicas, escuchar a los asociados para recomendar y desarollar planes de accion en base a la retroalimentación proporcionada.- Realizar un seguimiento adecuado de los requerimientos y consultas mediante el sistema de gestion de casos. Ayudar con el desarrollo y creacion de los articulos y/o guias de RH para el portal de acceso directo.
