RIA is a worldwide leader in remittances and is a recognized benchmark in both the quality and reliability of its public service.- Control of revenue KPIs in the United States.- Supporting sales and finance teams by providing analytical reporting and sales forecast.- Analyze trends/changes to transaction levels.- Develop strategies and execute action plans that will help the company increase transactions and maximize revenue.- Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to develop and maintain relationships with our agents.- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.- Advanced English level.- Advanced MS Excel skills.- Detail oriented, team player, ability to multi-task and strong communications skills.- Previous experience working with excel reports.- Customer care or sales experience is a plus.- Previous experience as a revenue analyst is highly desirable.Benefits: Our package includes Competitive monthly salary $18,500 gross. 5% food vouchers. 30 days bonus. 15 days of initial vacation. life insurance, Major medical insurance.
