Levi’s is looking for a Data and Planning Operations Analyst expert to support the LATAM MPIM team. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and technical contributor who has experience solving business problems with data-driven tools. Reporting & Analytics expert will leverage data to provide actionable insights, drive strategic decisions, and enhance business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, create reports, and develop data models to support key business initiatives, and manage the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards. Planning Operations: you will oversee key planning milestones (e.g., S&OP, Buy Review, Investment Review) and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams, driving best practices to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities Data Analytics: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to uncover insights that drive business decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational metrics. Perform trend analysis and scenario planning to support planning and supply chain decisions. Identify opportunities for process improvements by analyzing data trends and patterns. Translate data insights into actionable strategies that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability. Collaborate with data engineers and IT to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Present findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership, with clear visualizations and reports. Stay current with industry trends and data analytics methodologies to continuously improve processes. Planning Operations S&OP consolidation from affiliate to LATAM level Open to Buy Support MPIM lead and teams in producing monthly S&OP content and risk scenario planning for the cluster and affiliates Develop and drive the Planning milestone calendar across the planning organization Support GTM check-point meetings (e.g., Investment Review) and participate in the cluster IR review process Project Management Facilitate new ways of working and process improvements within MP&IM and cross-functional partners to drive simplification Participate in regional/global projects to capture cluster requirements and implement new tools and ways of working Partnership Lead cross-functional collaboration to promote simplification and better decision-making Ensure communication and action are aligned between teams Collaborate with planning teams and IM to ensure information accuracy before publication Provide back-up for cluster-related priorities About You Education Bachelor\'s in Economics, Statistics, Data, Data Science and Engineering (Master’s is a plus) or equivalent experience Proficient in Spanish and English Experience Experience in an international environment with cross-country entities Experience in business analysis-related roles (fashion experience a plus) Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment 3+ years of professional experience analyzing complex data and making recommendations Project management experience is a plus Hands-on experience with big data related to sales, inventory management, and planning Ability to translate and present complex analyses in executive summaries; strong written and verbal communication Specialized Knowledge / Technical Skills 3+ years of data visualization experience (Looker and Power BI) 3+ years of SQL experience (Google BigQuery, MS SQL, dbt) Experience with data integration tools such as Dataiku or Data Fusion is a plus Coding skills in R or Python Decision Making and Problem Solving Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact across the organization Clear, concise communication supported by detailed analysis Pragmatic, solution-driven; team player Open-minded and self-motivated; strong time management; comfortable working in ambiguity Location: Mexico City, Mexico Employment type: Full-time Current LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.
