Maintenance / Process Team Leader Sr

Tasks- Coach, Coordinate and Manage a group of engineers and technicians by establishing objectives, goals, strategies, plans and work methods.- Define activities, control the progress, fulfillment and execution of the task assigned to the group, to complete the procedures, goals and performance levels of our customers are met and exceed your expectations.- Embrace continuous improvement, improve productivity (e.g. Cycle time), work methods, 5S, standardization, follow and improve procedures, quality awareness, problem solving mind set, critical thinking culture.- Plan, control and execute the budget of the department (personnel, infrastructure, equipment, tools, training, etc.)- Provide technical support to the different SLM / NPL projects.- Support R&D on new products and process development.- Monitor the KPI's of the department and/or area to make corrections on time.- Define, maintain and optimize the working methods of the engineers in the department.- Register in the storehouse the spare part required for its proper functioning. In conjunction with the storehouse, make sure to define the necessary spare parts stock levels.- Execute and maintain TPM Strategy.- Have constant communication with stakeholders, create reports and present test results reviews to stakeholders in a frequent basis.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical Mechanic)- 2- 4 years Experience in personnel management- Maintenance Administration- Experience in project and/or line management (complete or discipline), as well as interaction with stakeholders.- Advance written and verbal communication skills in English.- Knowledge Quality management methods.- Communication skills, team & talent management, leadership, and networker skills.- Critical thinking, problem solving skills, self-motivated and quick learner.- Project management experienceDesirable- Experience in Fundamental TPM (preventive and predictive)- SAP knowledge- Automotive or electronic industry experience- CBS Principles, methods, and tools.- Financial skills (process, technology, and production level) Finance targets.About usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
