We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realize their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Configurator**Principal responsibilities**Leads the analysis, design and build of processes from a technical perspectivePerforms development activity, and oversees development activity, as performed by Configuration Analysts within Pods, in accordance with methodologies and standards as set by the COEIdentifying and communicating the technical software requirements.Lead individual Pods (either alone or as one of several Configuration Leads depending on scale) to oversee Configuration in individual automation projects - working within project planning constraints, communicating or escalating any identified project risks and issues to the DOC Lead or Automation ServicesSeeks guidance from the Technical Assistant’s and escalates complex solutions and designs where necessaryEnsures COE methodologies are consistently applied, in line with global standardsWorks closely with Automation Services to complete to-be process design (solution design documents)Provides status reports to DOC lead on the progress of development, per projectEstimates the level of effort required to configure processes, working closely with the DOC Lead and Automation Services to ensure effort estimates are reviewed, validates and communicated to the Automation Services and Transformation and Change teamsCarries out change impact assessment for both process change and system driven change, and carries out associated change control practicesLeads preparation of releases from Development, liaising with the Deployment ManagerProvides on the job coaching and mentoring to Configuration AnalystsRequirements**Qualification**- Knowledge of BluePrism (Developer).- Should have an experience in RPA Blue Prism for at least 1 year - delivery of 1-2 projects (overall experience of 1 year in other technologies i.e.net, java)- Working in an RPA tool (BluePrism) to design, develop and deploy automations in collaboration with teams as an individual contributor.- Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.- Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to operations by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phasesYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
