In other words, we use technology to solve business problems for accounting firms - we are not accountants. For you, this means you will be communicating with accountants about their business processes and helping them see the value in our software which can help them grow their business and revenue. You are not expected to be an accountant, know how to do accounting or even be good at math.- Our team is 250+ people (in over 40 countries) - we are a distributed team built on the principle of self-management- Access to management - you will be working closely with the chief revenue officer (along with the sales team) in a collaborative work environment**Customers love us**:We have over 5,000 positive reviews online. Your job is to convey that benefit and expand our market share.**Customers will love you**:We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to play a vital role in expanding our customer base by proactively reaching out to potential clients. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospects, showcasing the value of TaxDome's solutions, and driving sales through outbound communication channels. We're seeking an individual who is passionate about technology, SaaS, and excels in building and nurturing customer relationships.**Responsibilities**:- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of TaxDome's products and services, aligning them with the specific needs of prospects.- Qualify leads, set appointments, and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and progress in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand lead generation strategies and refine outbound sales approaches.- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, performance metrics and quotas.- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and sales best practices.- Participate in ongoing training and skill development to enhance your sales capabilities.**Our expectations**:- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey complex information effectively.- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.- A passion for technology and the SaaS industry.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary and commission structure.- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.- The chance to be part of a forward-thinking company that is reshaping an industry.- Remote - flexible working location**Work format**: full-time, EST**Salary range**: Compensation: 20-40k+ per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive bonus structure that rewards exceptional performance tied to revenue milestones. As you meet and exceed predetermined revenue targets, you will earn a bonus in addition to your base salary. This incentivized bonus structure provides a unique opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your sales achievements.Pay: $360,000.00 - $720,000.00 per year**Experience**:- Outbound sales: 2 years (required)- Software sales: 2 years (required)Work Location: Remote
