Join an environment that values diverse perspectives and where your contribution is integral to our collective success.**What You’ll Do**:**Accounts Receivable Operations**:Coordinate with the AR Manager or Sales Ops team to resolve client payment issues quickly and accurately.- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing AR reports, reconciliations, and analyses.Team Development:- Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment that aligns with Meltwater’s values and goals.Compliance & Reporting:- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.**What You’ll Bring**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.- Strong understanding of AR processes.- Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).- Experience working with ERP systems and AR management tools.- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.- A high attention to detail.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.- Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.Where You'll Work: Av.
