**Your Tasks**:**Role purpose**Enabling efficient, effective, compliant and future oriented Procurement practices.- The job holder is the Excellence representative in the region and executes a fundamentally important role to feed/support Regional Excellence with the need coming from the business/project and implement in the AMERICAS practices develop with and or by Regional Excellence. The jobholder supports the Regional Excellence community in the definition and implementation of practices which help ensure that category Managers have processes, systems and tools at hand to effectively and efficiently execute their tasks in a compliant way as defined by the company. In their role, the jobholder has strongest connections to the Procurement community in the region, and to their peers in Europe and EM & NEA and the Regional, Global Excellence community.**Main Responsibilities****Processes & Systems**- Revise current Procurement process landscape vs. future demands- Identify opportunities for system improvements and support- Revise current Procurement system landscape vs. future demands**RKU Activities**- Execute role of RKU SAP SRM for non-directs-materials and services- Execute role of RKU ARIBA- Coordinate the LKU community in Americas and structure the coordinated execution of tasks**Capability Building**- Support trainings needs in the Procurement network- Support of Regional Excellence in training execution and possibly definition of content- Support the PUMs and TLs in the onboarding of new personnel with a focus on overarching topics of processes, systems and others**Management Support**- Monthly performance management support (reporting / analytics etc)**Your Profile**:**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**- Fluent Spanish and English- 2+ year of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement- Proven knowledge and experience in managing functional projects in a matrix organization- Proactive, pragmatic, creative, people-oriented, results-driven, clear and concise communication, good interpersonal skills, persuasive & proactive character, strong customer focus, international mindset w/ cross-cultural awareness, entrepreneurial approach
