En el futuro se usarán menos tarjetas de crédito y los pagos cuenta a cuenta se establecerán como la forma de pagar predominante en LATAM.Este movimiento ya es una realidad en regiones como Europa, Brasil y Norteamérica, por lo que vemos un potencial inmenso además de encontramos en el _timing_ ideal para impulsar esta oportunidad.Como Product Ops Engineer serás el engranaje entre Operaciones y Producto, trabajarás con varios equipos para ayudar a escalar la operación de nuestros productos en México.**Como Product Ops Engineer**:- Trabajarás con distintos equipos, donde tendrás que hacerte cargo de que todo funcione como reloj en las cuentas que Fintoc recauda y administra.- Desarrollarás procesos y herramientas que permitan operar los productos.- Propondrás métricas y analizarás datos que permitan una buena toma de decisiones operacionales.- Apoyarás a los clientes y usuarios que tengan problemas con los productos.- Escribirás Spec Docs para documentar tus soluciones y, si corresponde, trabajarás con el equipo de desarrollo para implementarlas.- Automatizarás trabajo manual usando herramientas como Zapier y Retool.**Qué esperamos**:- Este trabajo es extremadamente crítico para nuestra operación, por lo que es presencial en nuestras oficinas de Ciudad de México.- Ganas de aprender de Producto y Operaciones.- Eres una persona curiosa y si no sabes algo, lo aprendes.- Tienes habilidad para resolver problemas y para adaptarte rápido.- Arreglas tus problemas consultado datos y encontrado insights con SQL, haces tu trabajo más fácil con scripts, sabes consultar una API, has escrito documentación técnica o has automatizado flujos con Zapier, o algo por el estilo.- Es un plus si sabes programar o entiendes de programación.**Proceso de Selección**:- Conversación con Jope, parte del equipo de personas para conocerte.- Fase Técnica o desafío práctico: si lo apruebas conocerás al Ops Lead en una entrevista para profundizar en el desarrollo técnico.- Entrevista con nuestro Founder/CEO- Por último, un café con el equipo.
