Wabtec has been doing that for decades and we will continue to do so Through our people, leadership development, services, technology and scale, Wabtec delivers better outcomes for global customers by speaking the language of industry.Activities- Understand work well enough to describe what needs to be done, estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different projects.- Prepare preventive maintenance plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization's maintenance goals.- Schedule accommodation in case of emergency work.- In charge of sending the preventive maintenance program to the staff.- Act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operations.- Lead the communication between maintenance and the other departments involved to ensure that everyone receives a timely, efficient and quality service.- Coordinate and plan down times to reduce mean time between failures and minimize interference with production schedules.- Provide immediate information about possible labor shortages (or excess).- Help maintain a stock of optimal spare parts and materials.- Register new spare parts necessary for the realization of PM's- Carry out a tour in Tool Crib to check the stock- Develop and implement improvements to make spaces in Tool Crib areas more efficient.- Verifies and ensures the availability of spare parts, labor and tools required for planned preventive and corrective maintenance.- Check that the equipment documentation is in order.- Ensures the correct registration of information in the system- Support in investigations and actions to be implemented to reduce Downtime per machine.- Preparation of daily operations report based on the MAXIMUM.- Development of Cost Time Reduction projects based on the evaluation of preventive maintenance.- Safety within the planning of activities in high-risk jobs.- Compliance with EHS metrics- Assurance of preventive maintenance according to the annual and monthly plans of the machinery.- On some occasions, replace maintenance engineers in the production lines.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in process (at least 80% credits completed).- Industrial Engineer, Electromechanical, Electrical Mechanic or similar is desirable.- Experience in preventive maintenance planning, in Maintenance Administration of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.- Knowledge of computer packages such as Office, managing Maximo, Oracle and OBBIE administration systems.- Basic knowledge of TPM- Autonomy to solve problems- English 70%Wabtec Corporation is committed to taking on the world’s toughest challenges.
