You will be expected to excel in a fast pace, growing company and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement. You will need to have outstanding interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with customers, co-workers and suppliers.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Driving continuous improvement through irreversible corrective actions to field issues and inspection analysis.- Implementation of maintenance strategies, procedures and methods- Carry out routine maintenance and respond to fault- Plan preventive maintenance- Ensure continuous coverage of equipments- Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components- Improvement in Maintenance KPIs- Diagnose breakdown problems- Monitor and control maintenance costs- Spare parts management assuring availability- Run Quality inspections- Supervise maintenance technicians**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor of Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering degree is required.- Preferred experience in following tools: PPAP, MSA, calibration, Control Plans, PFMEA, Core Tools and detailed manufacturing work instructions.- Previous maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing environment required with preferred experience with IATF/ISO 9001- Required experience in using problem solving tools- Collaborative and cooperative- Automation, control and programming experience (Mitsubishi and Siemens preferred)- Safety first mindset- Advanced English- Proficient at Microsoft Excel and a statistical analysis program (Minitab).**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
