Ourmission is to keep innovating in the global digital commerce field while fostering a culture of rapidchange, collaboration, trust, and success.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Market DevelopmentManager in Latin America.As part of the Market Development team, this role manages a set of markets in the LATAM regionwith the objective to significantly grow the business focussed in engagement with our acceptancenetwork to identify latent opportunities and accelerate their realization. The role will be responsible formanaging existing partners and seeking for new opportunities to enhance our offering.**What will you be doing**:- Ownership of a set of current local payment method business relationships- Manage the relationship to increase business results through, among other things, identifying new features and services, recommending operational improvements, negotiating better pricing and commercial terms- Monitor the LPM relationship (with various internal tools) to identify problems, suggest improvements, and resolve issues supported by internal teams and tools to achieve these objectives- Work closely with the main Card Schemes- Review the current commercial and contractual terms and seek renegotiation, if appropriate.- Align regularly with other teams including product, on-boarding and operations to discuss the LPM current business and future plans.- Stay on top of the latest payment developments in the industry by observing trends and opportunities that arise in the market and sharing these insights with relevant teams- Effectively communicate internally to give a current and accurate view of the LPM’s business results, current issues, product and services, and future plans.- Support Product and Technical teams with issues or improvements related to AcquirersWhat’s more, you’ll be joining a truly international company where every idea is heard.
