**Molded Foam Supervisor**:**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Supervise and coordinate daily molded foam production activities to meet output goals.- Monitor and adjust processes to maintain quality standards.- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and production schedules.- Lead, train, and mentor team members in proper molding and foam production techniques.- Schedule work shifts and assign tasks based on production requirements.- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.- Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirements.- Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.- Implement corrective actions to prevent defects and maintain high-quality standards.- Oversee the operation and maintenance of molding machines and equipment.- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with the maintenance team.- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.- Identify opportunities to improve production processes, efficiency, and waste reduction.- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.- Maintain and update documentation for production procedures and safety protocols.- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and conducting safety training.- Respond to and investigate accidents or incidents, implementing corrective measures**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in foam molding, manufacturing, or a related field.- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.- Familiarity with foam molding processes and machinery.- Experience with production management systems (ERP).- Green belt of Black Belt certified- 80% English Language.
