**Molded Foam Process Engineer.**:**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Design and develop foam molding processes to produce components that meet specific requirements.- Identify and implement improvements to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.- Collaborate with equipment engineering teams to select and maintain appropriate foam manufacturing equipment.- Work with material suppliers to understand foam material properties and their impact on manufacturing processes.- Conduct validation activities to ensure process capability and consistency.- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and control plans.- Work with design engineers, production staff, and quality control teams to resolve process-related issues.- Provide training to production personnel on foam molding processes and equipment operation.- Ensure all processes comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.- Record production data, such as output, downtime, and material usage.- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality assurance guidelines.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in foam molding processes.- In-depth knowledge of foam materials and their characteristics.- Experience with production management systems (ERP).- Knowledge of lean manufacturing.- Green belt of Black Belt certified- 80% English Language.- Minimum 5 years of experience
