**Full Stack Engineer**Our team is looking for an experienced **Full Stack Engineer** to help us scale and build the best possible solutions for our members' clinical needs. You will be working with other Front End, Mobile, and Backend Engineers to help define the best working modes and practices. You will show solid understanding of the software development life cycle and work collaboratively with the Engineering Manager, Technical Leads, and Product Managers. You will be expected to take well-defined tasks and complete them in a reliable and timely manner and be responsible for the quality of your work.We are a fast-moving team that delivers on improvements to the current features, builds out new features, runs product experiments, and invests in under-the-hood changes to make our code more reliable, maintainable, and scalable. We are looking for engineers who love to deliver amazing products to users, collaborate across teams and functions, and take strong ownership of how they deliver work.**Role Responsibilities**:- Decompose complex problems into smaller and more manageable pieces.- Owning a product solution end-to-end, from designing to implementation to delivery. Ensure the solution is delivered on time with high quality.- Evaluate and refine team processes to empower team members to deliver high-quality work.- Rapidly develop features to improve user experience and performance of our products.- Improve system monitoring and alerting, drive operational excellence.- Write readable, testable and maintainable code to solve problems.**Qualifications**:- You have 7+ years of professional experience in full stack development, including modern frontend frameworks and backend services.- 5+ years of experience in development with Golang - Mix of skills with Golang+Python- You have a good understanding of CS fundamentals, and produce clean code.- You consider yourself a high growth individual, continuously looking to recognize growth areas and improve in both technical and non-technical skills.- You are strong delivery focused and have the will to perform all tasks required to complete the job and meet deadlines.- You are well-organized and have detailed planning and scheduling expertise.
