We are currently looking for the right person to join our Supply Chain Team.**Your responsibilities**:Ensure the timely supply of the finished product to the customer, through the effective use of available systems and tools, as well as through direct communication with customers, ensuring inventory control, minimizing delivery time and flow of goods. Programming the client’s requirements into the customers platforms.- Processing of Customer Orders- Processing of Customer and Intercompany Deliveries (in case if needed)- Processing of Customer and Intercompany invoices- Analyzing Customer Forecast and Customer Orders- Follow up with Production Planning / Buffer Management to meet customer due date- Coordinate month end /year end closing activities with Finance- Processing of ramp up scenarios for new Customer Projects- Follow up on Internal Project to meet Customer Requirements- Follow up on Logistics requirement of IEE’s Customers (platforms)- Follow up on IEE’s KPI’s e.g. Customer Fulfillment, Stock Targets- Track shipments or returns that customers send us- Generation of credit notes- Follow up on the material until we throw it away or it is returned to the customer**Your profile**:- 2 years of experience at least in the position- SAP/R3 knowledge in the modules SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Material Management) are considered assets- Fluency in English is required- Strategic negotiation- Share this on- Linkedin-- Twitter
