Global supplier of paper, chemical and other products, specialized in Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, invites you to be part of the team as an:Accounts Payable Specialist**Requirements**:Three to Five Years’ Experience in the Accounting Area, Minimum Three years in A/P.Education Level: Minimum 2 years of college.Advanced English (it will be English interviews)You must have valid American VisaKnowledge Required:Excellent computer skills (including strong knowledge of MS Office products).Knowledge of the wastepaper industries and/or recycling industries a plus.Great communication skillsBasic math skills necessary.Skill Requirements:Strong attention to detailsMust be strong at multi-tasking.Excellent judgment, organizational and communication skills required.Proficient in problem-solving and analytical capabilities.Ability to work under pressure in an efficient and productive manner.Self-motivated, confident, proactive character.Be able to prioritize workload.Work well with other staff members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Processing and paying a high volume of vendor invoices.Research and resolve all account discrepancies.Reconcile check batch reports.WE OFFER:Gross salary range from $ 20,000 to 30,000 monthly.Fulltime job, from 8:30 am to 6 pm.
