Your experience will be key in helping us drive significant growth and deliver exceptional results in our industry.**What You’ll Do**:- Oversee and manage CRM systems to ensure all leads and client interactions are tracked and followed up efficiently- Prepare detailed quotes and sales documentation with precision- Proactively follow up with leads to convert opportunities into sales- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate execution of sales processes- Coordinate the administration of high-level sales tasks, including reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize sales operations and increase conversion rates**What We’re Looking For**:- Extensive experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a related role- Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales processes- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Fluency in English**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary: 20,000-40,000 MXN (gross monthly)- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valuedAt Equivity, we believe that the contributions of each team member are vital to our success.
