In this vital role you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational execution of Amgen’s contract and pricing strategies, implementation of blanket discount programs, and for conducting appropriate analyses and accurately resolving discrepancies in the customer or chargeback data. Additionally, you will provide input regarding the optimal implementation solution to support upcoming contracting strategies and future discount programs.**Additionally you will be responsible of**:- Leading and implementing of all necessary bid procedures, governance, and processes.- Liaising with the third party (Distributor) to monitor the successful implementation of the different activities delegated to them about tender participations.- Generating, obtaining and providing relevant information about tenders and gov sales to create strategies.- Ensuring the proper documentation is available and delivered to the right government offices as required.- Coordinating Amgen´s team and the third party (vendor) to comply the deliveries of the government contracts in a timely manner.- Escalating any issues or risks along the sales channels to the VA&P Director and Amgen´s Management. Including the current situation scanning, guiding problem resolution and action plans.- Conducting and developing control processes that ensure traceability of products commercialized through wholesalers in government institutions- Guaranteeing the stock level of inventory and negotiation of commercial programs- Ensuring processes compliance- Managing of direct report (Government Sr Associate)**Win****What we expect of you**:We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
