Join us in our mission to deliver data-inspired excellence**Day-to-day Responsibilities**:- Lead complex data solutions for client engagements, leveraging diverse skills and specialisms within the capability.- Mentor and guide team members, providing clear direction and support.- Craft and deliver compelling multi-capability presentations and pitches.- Take ownership of KPIs, ensuring accountability for results.- Support the Jellyfish team in completing tasks efficiently and effectively.- Maintain an understanding of global Jellyfish team responsibilities.- Collaborate with fellow directors to align processes across different specializations.- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Jellyfish delivery quality and efficiency.- Contribute to defining and building new products.- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.**Planning, Coordination & Strategy**:- Execute advanced projects tailored to meet specific client needs.- Collaborate with other capabilities to identify areas for improvement and enhance product quality and efficiency.- Assess team skills and knowledge levels to develop learning pathways and address any gaps.**Qualifications**:**Knowledge and Skills**:- Proficient with Google Analytics 4, must have end-to-end experience with Analytics platforms (i.e. from solution design, to configuration, and ongoing analysis/activation)- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Marketing Technology experience is a plus.- Experienced in creating internal collateral and developing upskilling video modules for key features and technologies.- Deep understanding of the privacy landscape and adept at advising clients on balancing risk and marketing performance in your area of expertise.- Thorough knowledge of deliverables and benefits associated with Paid Media, Asset Optimization, Web & App Measurement, Advanced Analytics, and Data Modelling products.- Capable of blending data, insights, and strategy to provide comprehensive recommendations that drive marketing activities.- Influential in shaping audience composition, media mix, web and app performance, and reporting processes.- Well-versed in utilizing tools such as GA4, CM360, Google Ads, SimilarWeb, JIQ, DV360, SA360, YouGov, and Looker Studio to deliver value to clients.- Skilled in supporting profiling and interviews for recruiting new team members.Additional Information**What we offer?****Growth Opportunities**: We believe in investing in our employees' professional development and provide ample opportunities for growth, including training programs, mentorship, and the chance to work on high-profile projects.**Collaborative and Inclusive Environment**: Join a team of talented individuals who are passionate about what they do.
