Role Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished Regional Executive Director – Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence to lead the enterprise analytics, data intelligence, and insight strategy across Latin America. Based in Mexico City, this executive leadership role requires a seasoned data and analytics leader with 15+ years of experience driving large-scale analytics transformation within complex, multinational organizations.

The successful candidate will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership across multiple LATAM markets, overseeing 3,000+ employees and managing an advanced analytics and BI portfolio exceeding USD 500 million. This role is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making, accelerating digital transformation, and delivering measurable business impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence strategy aligned with global digital, commercial, and operational objectives.


• Provide executive leadership across regional and country analytics teams, directing 3,000+ employees across LATAM markets.


• Oversee governance and performance of an analytics and BI portfolio exceeding USD 500M, ensuring strong ROI, value realization, and financial discipline.


• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics, AI/ML, predictive modeling, and data visualization platforms.


• Partner with C-suite and business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation.


• Establish enterprise-wide data governance, quality, security, and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.


• Drive adoption of self-service analytics, executive dashboards, and performance management tools.


• Identify and lead data monetization and analytics-led innovation opportunities.


• Ensure compliance with regional data privacy regulations and global information security standards.


• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing analytics leadership teams, talent pipelines, and succession plans.


• Represent the organization at regional technology, analytics, and executive leadership forums.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in advanced analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or related leadership roles.


• Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams of 3,000+ employees across multiple LATAM markets.


• Demonstrated success managing large-scale analytics or digital portfolios exceeding USD 500 million.


• Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural considerations.


• Experience delivering enterprise-wide analytics and AI transformation within complex, matrixed organizations.


• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree, MBA, or advanced analytics qualification strongly preferred.

Language Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory


• Proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage
