Responsibilities:- Working closely with the LATAM Editorial Team;- Ideation of assets and craft creative copy for social media channels;- Work closely to the editors to guarantee the communication plan consistency across all platforms- Working with GPC designers to brief assets and adjustments whenever necessary- Plan the monthly social calendar, schedule and deliver content for the month;- Community Management - responding and liking comments and DMs from our audience according to the strategy defined by the team/client within a 24 hour period.- Be a guardian of content (and social strategy) on social channels;- Be a brand ambassador to represent the social media persona in interactive events/situations (launches/interviews/ co-creations and partnerships);- Participate in creative ideation sessions;- Be aware of and create reactive and seasonal content;- Help with creative ideas around improving our social presence and be responsible for keeping on top of social media developments and trends in your market;- Set up and manage local retailer/influence/brand partnerships and competitions on social platforms;- Ensure that the social content has a strong connection with the website content;- Foster retailer/brand relationships (existing and new) to help build organic growth;- Produce monthly reports on the social performance, gathering and reporting insights on successes and weaknesses.**Requirements**:- 2 years' experience as Social Media Analyst- Proficiency in social media platforms- Proficiency in social listening and social management tools (socialbakers, iconesquare, stilingue, etc.)- Experience on strategic planning for social media- Being creative, resouceful, and collaborative- Preferably educated to degree-level- Strong writing and communitation skills- Advanced English- Experience within a similar role in an agency enviroment higthly desirable
