Job Overview:Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate directly with the Commercial Director to implement marketing and sales strategies.- Arrange for sales meetings with leads using cold calling strategies.- Manage the relationship with our marketing agency to execute social media and digital marketing strategies.- Prepare for prospect calls, including company background research and other pertinent lead information.- Identify customer buying trends and provide reports to management.- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.- Assist the Commercial Director in meeting quotas and embrace the challenges that come with outbound prospecting.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Marketing.- At least two years of sales experience.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.Key Competencies:- Strong teamwork and prompt communication skills are essential.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.- Analytical mindset to identify trends and provide actionable insights.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $11,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadEscolaridad:- Licenciatura trunca o en curso (Deseable)Experiência:- Ventas B2B: 2 años (Obligatorio)- Linkedin y Sales Navigator: 2 años (Obligatorio)- CRM software: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés 100% (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
