As an owner operated family company, our name is synonymous with long-term, sustainable commercial success.****Responsabilidades**:- Asegurar que el personal del laboratorio de calidad ejecute sus responsabilidades de acuerdo a sus descripciones de puesto y que se generen los registros de calidad para cada una de las tareas definidas en su trabajo estandarizado.- Asegurar que los auditores/técnicos de calidad cuenten con los recursos e infraestructura necesarios para ejecutar sus actividades.- Dar soporte diario a las iniciativas relacionadas con la realización del producto (soporte técnico y provisión de datos).- Administrar y mantener actualizada la base de datos de quejas de cliente constante y claramente.- Notificar al equipo operativo y multidisciplinario participa desde la contención y el análisis del problema hasta su resolución dentro de los lapsos de tiempo establecidos por el cliente para- Comunicar a la organización sobre requerimientos específicos del cliente para asegurar su cobertura y atención (ej. Invitaciones a entrenamientos a proveedores, auto- evaluaciones/auditorias, visitas de clientes, etc.)- Asegurar la implementación de los requerimientos de cliente respecto a sus propios sistemas de auditorías a proveedores (e.j. Q1, QSB, VDA, ect.) Excepto HC.- Monitoreo de los indicadores de calidad en el piso de producción, identificación de áreas de oportunidad para la implementación de mejoras y asegurar que se cumplen los lineamientos.**Requisitos**:- **Ing.
