Founded in 2015 and backed by marquee investors like Orios Venture Partners, 500 Startups, and Tracxn, Wishup has been consistently growing and helping professionals build sustainable remote careers.**Position: Online Business Manager****Location**: Remote**Type**: Full-time, Contractual**Role Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage and organize workflows using **Asana** for task tracking and team collaboration.- Execute and automate client processes via **GHL (GoHighLevel)** for CRM, marketing automation, and funnel operations.- Use **AI-powered note-taking** tools to summarize meetings, track action items, and improve recall efficiency.- Monitor deliverables, ensure team accountability, and proactively flag delays or risks.- Duplicate effective systems across projects with mínimal supervision — learn fast, build faster.- Work closely with the client to anticipate upcoming needs using historical trends and data insights.- Align with the client’s fast-paced style: take charge, act without handholding, and get things done.- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to improve workflows.**Essential Skills & Qualities**:- **Proficiency in Asana**, Gmail, and CRM tools (especially GoHighLevel).- Working knowledge of **basic marketing concepts** (funnels, automation, campaign setup).- **High IQ**: Ability to process information quickly, analyze data, and implement without delay.- **Speed and Precision**: Work fast without compromising quality. Execute and duplicate processes efficiently.- **Emotional Maturity & Professionalism**: Stay composed under pressure.
