In making a difference to our guests and owners, colleagues and communities, every day is a chance to create great and unique experiences, in your own way.With over 370,000 colleagues in nearly 100 countries sharing our values, there’s countless opportunities at your fingertips.We’re growing; grow with us.**Your day to day**Ensure the successful delivery of translated learning assets in Hotel Ready languages, on time and within budget.Essential Duties and Responsibilities - (Key Activities)- Establish, maintain, and execute project plans.- Monitor progress against agreed objectives, including financial, and formally report progress at defined intervals to key stakeholders.- Utilize strong project management skills to oversee multiple timelines and maintain pipelines.- Execute strategy that supports localization with high quality satisfaction from learners and stakeholders.- Working with vendor, obtain translation quotation. Monitor and control all budgeted product expenditure.- Manage changing priorities and quickly adjusting to new directions.- Maintain global and regional learning translation roadmap.- Document and maintain support documentation such as translation processes, standards and guidelines etc.- Manage relationship with validators and pipeline.- This person will work with the team to fully understand the needs of the stakeholder.- Technical capability to manage PEMT (Post Editing Machine Translation) within an online platform.- Ensure source and published translated assets are housed on IHG platforms.- Develop strong relationship with the localization COE and IHG preferred suppliers to ensure alignment with overall IHG localization strategy.- Identity opportunities for process improvement insights that would benefit team.**What we need from you**Education- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international degree or comparable work experienceExperience- 3 or more years of experience working coordinating projects across multiple concurrent projects- Experience with multi-national / global organizations- Learning backgroundTechnical Skills and Knowledge- Strong project coordination skills required.- Ability to prioritize work within multiple projects simultaneously and quickly change directions based on changing needs and priorities.- Develop and document processes and procedures for workflow.- Ability to maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders.- English and Spanish required.**What we offer**We’ll reward all your hard work with a great salary and benefits - including great room discount and superb training.Join us and you’ll become part of the global IHG family - and like all families, all our individual team members share some winning characteristics.
