You will design and execute test plans, identify bugs, and collaborate with **developers to resolve issues.****Key Responsibilities**- ** Test Planning**: Create detailed test plans and cases based on requirements.- ** Manual & Automated Testing**: Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.- ** Bug Tracking**: Document and report issues using tools like Jira.- ** Collaboration**: Work with developers and product teams to ensure quality.- ** Continuous Improvement**: Suggest enhancements to testing processes and tools.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 2+ years of experience in software testing.- Familiarity with testing tools (Selenium, Postman).- Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.- Strong analytical and communication skills.**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience with automated testing frameworks.- Exposure to performance and security testing.- Certifications (e.g., ISTQB).- Familiarity with CI/CD environments.**About NTT DATA
