**Senior SRE - Capgemini**:We’re hiring a **Senior Site Reliability Engineer**to join a major telecom client through Capgemini Engineering. Join a collaborative team building and operating large-scale cloud platforms that power next‑generation connectivity and customer experiences. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll design, automate, secure, and improve the reliability of distributed cloud services.**YOUR ROLE**:- Design, build and operate cloud-native solutions to improve reliability, security, and observability.- Implement and maintain container platforms (TKG/TKGI/Kubernetes) and NSX‑T network components.- Migrate and optimize workloads across on‑prem and public clouds, recommending platform and OS settings for performance and resilience.- Automate provisioning and network/configuration tasks using Ansible and scripting; own runbook and documentation updates.Troubleshoot distributed system, network and storage incidents and drive platform reliability improvements and monitoring best practices.**YOUR PROFILE**:- 4+ years network and 4+ years system administration experience; strong troubleshooting background.- Hands‑on with VMware (vSphere, NSX‑T), Tanzu/Kubernetes, and containerized workloads.- Experience with automation (Ansible, scripting in Python/Shell/PowerShell) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Puppet familiarity).- Familiarity with public cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and multi‑cloud/private cloud models.Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, vROps/Log Insight) and enterprise network services (routing, firewalls, load balancers).**WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?**- Capgemini Employer Promise: Learning + Flexibility + Team Spirit + Inclusion + Innovation.- Work from home: fully remote position.- Get competitive benefits above the law.- Build your future within a worldwide leader in ER&D projects.- Feel free to grow within different industries and choose your career path.Be part of a great family of Engineers, and people all over Mexico and the world.**About Capgemini**Capgemini is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.
